Why Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions have been drawn up to provide clarity in the services we offer and to avoid false expectations. You can only start purchasing one or more services after accepting the Terms and Conditions.

 

General.
In the event of illness or absence of the teacher, the sewing lesson or the online help by e-mail or telephone will be cancelled. The services can be rescheduled.

 

Liability.

Naailes Eindhoven is not liable for damage to and/or the disappearance of property and goods of students.

Sewing Lessons- Basic Course


Registration
Your registration is personal. If the student is a minor, the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) are obliged to pay. By registering for the sewing lessons you are obliged to pay the tuition fees for the sewing course. The sewing course has a minimum of 7 lessons of 2 hours. This includes fabric for the first 6 lessons, pattern, zipper, fleece line, yarn, pattern paper, use patterns and serger.

Sign out
If you miss a sewing class and want to catch up, you can cancel it 24 hours prior to a class. If you do not cancel in time, the lesson cannot be made up. Making up the lessons only takes place in the period of the sewing course for which you have registered and on the days that lessons are given. See also the corona measures.

Corona measures
During the period of the corona there are a number of measures.

Do not come to class if you are sick.
Wash your hands when you enter.
Max. 3 students so that sufficient distance can be kept.
You can only catch up if you have canceled 24 hours in advance and if there is room on other class days. The alternative is that you take the class online via Skype.

NB This also applies to pregnant students.

Restitution
As a rule, refunds of tuition fees are not made.

Payment
Tuition is paid in cash during the first lesson. Unless indicated otherwise.

A class day is full
If you have registered for a class day that is full, you will be notified as soon as possible. If you want, you can be put on the waiting list.

Sewing Lessons- Follow-up course


Registration

Trial lesson (temporarily ON HOLD)

Registration
Your registration is personal. In consultation, a day is agreed to take the trial lesson. This is when a sewing course is given.
You can use the materials and the sewing machine that is available. It is advisable to bring your own sewing machine. The trial lesson includes fabric, yarn and pattern.

Sign out
If you have to miss a trial lesson, it is desirable to indicate this well in advance.

Payment
Tuition is paid in cash during the first lesson. Unless indicated otherwise.

Private lessons

Registration
Your registration is personal. In consultation, a day and time will be agreed to take the private lesson. This is most likely during the day between 9:30 and 17:00. The private lesson has a minimum of 2 hours and this does not include the use of materials and fabrics. You may use the overlock machine and the patterns that are present.

Corona measures
During the period of the corona there are a number of measures.
Do not come to class if you are sick.
Wash your hands when you enter.

Sign out
If you have to miss a private lesson, it is desirable to indicate this well in advance.

Payment
The tuition fee is paid in cash during the private lesson. Unless indicated otherwise.

 

 

 

Online remote assistance

Registration
Your registration is personal. If the student is a minor, the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) are obliged to pay and be present at the online help session.
A date and time will be agreed in advance by e-mail or telephone and the way in which remote assistance will be provided. This can be through Skype or Whatsapp.
By requesting remote assistance, you undertake to be present at the agreed date and time.
Remote assistance is a minimum of 15 minutes and every 15 minutes thereafter. After the first 15 minutes you will be asked if you want to extend.

Deliver
If you want the online help, you have to provide a number of things in advance. Your registration has been completed in full. How you want to be in touch, through Skype (enter your Skype name), or through Whatsapp.

Sign out
If you have to miss the online help, you can sign out 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Refund
As a rule, refunds of tuition fees are not made.

Payment
Payment for the online help is made in advance of the appointment for at least 15 minutes. If online help is offered for more than 15 minutes, the remaining amount will be transferred via a Tikkie or through accountnumber NL 31ABNA0481444661 attn. M.F. Bode with description Online remote help.
