Sewing Lessons- Basic Course

Registration
Your registration is personal. If the student is a minor, the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) are obliged to pay.
By registering for the sewing lessons you are obliged to pay the tuition fee for the entire sewing course.

The sewing course has a minimum of 7 or 8 lessons of 2 hours excluding the use of a sewing machine and materials such as fabrics.

Sign out
Sign out for a sewing lesson in time. This gives others the opportunity to retake a lesson.

Retaking a lesson is only possible if someone has canceled another lesson. So in advance retaking a lesson is NOT possible. In addition, retaking a lesson is only possible during the period of the course (within 8 weeks). The alternative is that you take the class online via Skype.

If, for whatever circumstances, you cannot follow the sewing course, even though you have made the commitment, there will be a cost of € 60.00. These can be fulfilled with a Tikkie.

In case of illness or absence of the teacher, the lesson will be canceled by WhatsApp or telephone. The tuition fee will be refunded.

Hygiene
Do not come to class if you are sick.
Wash your hands when you come in.
Bring slippers or thick socks.
Max. 3 students so that sufficient distance can be kept.

NB This also applies to pregnant students.

Restitution
As a rule, refunds of tuition fees are not made.

If it doesn’t work out, a Tikkie is also possible. I may send it before the date of the private lesson.

Waiting list
If you have registered for a class day that is full, you will be notified as soon as possible. If you want, you can be put on the waiting list. Take into account a waiting period of 6 to 12 months.

Liability
Naailes Eindhoven is not liable for damage to and/or the disappearance of property of students.

Private lessons

By entering into the agreements for private lessons you agree to the general terms and conditions and the payment obligation. Your registration is personal. If the student is a minor, the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) are obliged to pay.
By entering into the agreements for private lessons you enter into the obligation to pay the tuition fee. The private lesson has a minimum of 2 hours excluding the use of materials such as fabrics.

Payments and unsubscribe

If it doesn’t work out, a Tikkie is also possible. I may send it before the date of the private lesson.

If you have not canceled 24 hours before the private lesson, you will be charged a fee of half the tuition fee. This is paid through a Tikkie.

Online remote assistance

Registration
Your registration is personal. If the student is a minor, the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) are obliged to pay and be present at the online help session.
A date and time will be agreed in advance by e-mail or telephone and the way in which remote assistance will be provided. This can be through Skype or Whatsapp.
By requesting remote assistance, you undertake to be present at the agreed date and time.
Remote assistance is a minimum of 15 minutes and every 15 minutes thereafter. After the first 15 minutes you will be asked if you want to extend.

Deliver
If you want the online help, you have to provide a number of things in advance. Your registration has been completed in full. How you want to be in touch, through Skype (enter your Skype name), or through Whatsapp.

Sign out
If you have to miss the online help, you can sign out 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Refund
As a rule, refunds of tuition fees are not made.

Payment
Payment for the online help is made in advance of the appointment for at least 15 minutes. If online help is offered for more than 15 minutes, the remaining amount will be transferred via a Tikkie or through accountnumber NL 44ABNA0416387012 attn. M.F. Bode with description Online remote help.
